BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT/ACCOUNT MANAGER POSITION [description]. 

To promote General Starlight Company Brand and products to clients such as military, police and other government and security organizations. Develop strategies to penetrate new markets, conduct account planning and maintain major account plans to maximize revenue from existing customers.

Participate in the identification of new product ideas, interacts with General Starlight Company’s agents and corporate business partners and provide post-sales support to end users of General Starlight Company’s products and services.

 

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop a detailed understanding of General Starlight products, sales objectives and strategies, pricing and delivery policies and practices.

Develop and implementing effective sales plans to generate revenues for General Starlight Company. Promote products to law enforcement and military agencies within assigned territory.

Understand the prospects’ and customers’ critical issues and initiatives.

Conduct presentations and training demonstrations for General Starlight products within sales territory.

Establish and maintain high-level, executive contact with accounts, focusing on the establishment and maintenance of strategic relationships.

Prepare presentations, proposals and other documents including RFP and RFI responses.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

Ideally possessing around five years’ experience of export based selling of high tech products.

You will need a range of exceptional personal, commercial and technical skills in order to manage all the demands that will be placed on you.

Sound knowledge of the security and defense industry.

Must be an articulate, persuasive and passionate communicator.
